The Luxe Fleet Leisure Yachts & Boat only employs professional and experienced Captains and crew. They are the technical experts in these waters, which enables us to offer the best charter service to our clients. Guests are required to comply with the captain’s commands as they are experienced and well aware about the water eventualities. Behaviour that is antisocial or irresponsible, as well as any type of abuse, will result in the early cancellation of your charter without a refund and possibly prosecution.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Number of guests can’t be exceeded on the same day as we have to do some prior arrangements. So, the final number of guests must be confirmed the night before.

CATERING POLICY

Numbers for catering must be finalised the night before. Full payment will be payable if the clients decide to cancel or make changes to the catering.

Bringing your own food onto onboard is not allowed.

If you'd like to bring your own food, you can only bring dry items like pizzas, sandwiches, crisps, snacks, etc. You are responsible for arranging your own disposable tableware.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Captain and crew are there to safely man and navigate the vessel & are not responsible for attending to children. Furthermore on the Coast Guard's orders, irrespective of the strength of the swimmer, children under the ages of 10 years must wear a life jacket while in the water & out on deck.

All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.

Children below 1 year old are only allowed onboard yachts.

ATTIRE

Before boarding our yachts, you must remove your footwear. We encourage wearing comfortable attire.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND LIABILITIES

Upon arriving at the marina, you will be required to provide a credit card authorization for AED 1,500. If you are unable to provide, you may give cash that will be returned to you at the conclusion of your trip. The security deposit will be applied to any on-board damages, additional packages, or additional services.

If the vessel sustains any damages as a direct result of the conduct of the customer or their guests. Within twenty-four hours, the cause and extent of the damage will be communicated to the client in writing. According to the extent of the damage, a contractor will be requested to submit an official estimate for the repair or replacement of the affected area. This quote will be sent to the client, and payment will be debited from the credit card used to make the reservation. All damage is quoted full and final.

Any additional cleaning necessary as a result of your charter will incur additional fees.

Any fines incurred by the local marine authority as a result of the lead specified charterer or their guests' direct actions or failure to comply with our regulations are covered by the damage waiver.

No duty or obligation is assumed for any losses or additional costs incurred as a result of an accident, illness, or death.

No smoking allowed inside the yacht. Noncompliance will result in immediate cancellation of the charter.

Example of a fine: 5,000 AED for swimming during restricted hours. Guests without identity will be charged AED 1,500 per person.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed reservations. In the event of a cancellation, we shall have no liability. The total amount paid will be reimbursed to the identified charterer.

Cancellations will only occur due to inclement weather, mechanical failure, or the availability of appropriate upgrade choices. Included are Coast Guard restrictions and the implementation of new regulations banning the charter from proceeding.

Cancellation fee retention policy

The Charterer may cancel without penalty if any of the following conditions are met:

50% of the booking value is held up to 72 hours prior to the charter time and date.
100% of the booking value is retained within 72 hours of the date and time of the booking.
The weather is deemed dangerous or the coast guard has issued a warning.
On the day of the charter, we fail to furnish an agreed-upon operation component.

The client must confirm cancellations prior to the conclusion of the charter period.

ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS

In AED currency, Visa and MasterCard will be accepted.

Multiple Cryptocurrency Payment Supported

We will not conduct business with or offer any services to OFAC and sanctioned nations.

Customers using the website who are under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as Users of the website, nor are they permitted to transact on or use the website.

We have the right to charge the cardholder for any damages or violations.
